Deep tissue massage focused on the relaxation of the muscles and on the elimination of contractures (knots) and accumulated tensions either due to bad posture, stress or chronic injuries. Effective mitigating various physical problems, but also beneficial against migraines, insomnia, digestive and nervous disorders.
The method uses joint mobilizations (active and passive), stretching, trigger points and massage which is customized to what you need and according to your painful and tense areas.
Relaxing massage
Gentle, superficial or deeper massage according to your wishes, which uses a mixture of slow and enveloping movements which help to reduce tension, eliminate stress and relax the mind. Likewise, this massage helps to improve blood and lymphatic circulation.
It includes a head and face massage which helps to reduce cranial tension, eliminate stress and relax. Head massage also helps prevent hair loss by stimulating the supply of nutrients and oxygen to the scalp.
Sports massage
