**Cancellation Policy**
At Equilibre Postural et Massage, I value your time as much as my own. To maintain efficient and fair service, I implement the following cancellation policy:
- **Cancellations within less than 24 hours notice:** A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied. This compensates for the resources and space reserved for you.
- **Exceptions for Emergencies:** I understand that unforeseen situations can occur. If you must cancel due to an emergency or force majeure, please contact me as soon as possible to consider waiving the cancellation fee.

To receive your gift voucher:
You just have to send me by SMS, WhatsApp or by e-mail: the treatment time and the address to send the voucher.
Postal delivery (+1CHF) and payment by TWINT or credit/debit card through a payment link that I would send to you. The voucher will be sent after receipt of the payment.
You also have the option to receive the voucher in digital format via email.
The gift voucher is valid for 1 month.
